Terms of Service
Last updated: 8 July 2026 · Effective: 8 July 2026
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to create an account. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.
2. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for any information you enter about other people (such as household members).
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service in breach of any law or regulation;
- upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems;
- interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure;
- use the Service to store or transmit malicious code; or
- resell or commercially exploit the Service without our written permission.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you create in the Service. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, store, process and display that content solely to operate and provide the Service to you (including, where you use them, AI features). We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use it for advertising.
5. AI features
The Service includes AI-assisted features that generate responses automatically. These responses may be inaccurate or incomplete and are provided for general information only. They are not professional financial, legal, medical, tax or other advice, and you should not rely on them as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. You are responsible for decisions you make based on the Service.
6. Subscriptions and payment
Some features may require a paid subscription. Where paid plans are offered, pricing, billing cycles and cancellation terms will be presented to you at the point of purchase. Payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). Unless required by law or stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable for the period already paid. We will give reasonable notice of any change to fees.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features from time to time. We will take reasonable steps to protect your data, and you can export it at any time.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
9. Australian Consumer Law
Our Service comes with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that you have under the ACL or other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent we are permitted to limit our liability for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee, our liability is limited (at our option) to re-supplying the relevant service or paying the cost of having it re-supplied.
10. Limitation of liability
Subject to section 9 and to the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the relevant claim (or, if you use a free plan, to AUD $100).
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if required by law. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; you may export your data before deleting your account, after which your personal data is removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [STATE/TERRITORY], Australia, and you and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that place and the Commonwealth of Australia.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
